Magnetic resonance imaging

This study aims to characterize the association of history of emotional childhood maltreatment with neural (i.e. morphometry, task-based functional magnetic resonance imaging [MRI] responses, functional connectivity, white matter) MRI parameters.

MRI provides a non-invasive and detailed insight into the anatomy, activations, and structural and functional connections of the brain that can be linked to emotions and mental health.
